At Pure Water NorthWest, we are proud to partner with the Department of Defense’s SkillBridge program, offering military members a unique opportunity to transition into a civilian career in the water treatment industry. Through this program, you can spend the last six months of your military service gaining valuable hands-on experience with our team. During this time, the military will continue to cover your salary, medical, and dental benefits, while we provide on-the-job training. Upon successful completion, you will be offered a position with our company, paving the way for a rewarding career in the water treatment industry.

- Sales: We are looking for salespeople in Kitsap county and surrounding as well as King county and surrounding. Water treatment sales can be highly rewarding as you get to make a living helping others while earning a great income. Salespeople typically make between $75,000 to $200,000 a year, depending on the area, dedication, sales ratios, and ability.
- Installations: Our installation process is designed to create a plumbed in water treatment solution that is a showcase of quality and workmanship. We are praised for our plumbing skill and depending on your needs you could also start to gain hours towards a plumbing license.
- Operations and Administration: We always need help in these areas and can always do more, alot of this work is remote work for admin and operations is often hybrid.
